Napoli Management is proud to highlight our long-term employee, Zhana Davis, who has excelled in many ways during her 4-year career at McDonald’s.
As a Liberal Arts major Zhana graduated Massasoit Community College in June of 2018 and is now expecting to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in both American Sign Language with a concentration on English interpreting and Mass communications with a concentration in corporate and organizational communication from Framingham State College in December 2020.
Zhana has received $3,000 per year in college grants over the course of 4 years through our Archways to Opportunity Program. While pursuing her degrees, Zhana has worked as a Shift Manager, a department manager, a Class Instructor for our Management Training Program and is currently training to be our company-wide Deployment/Delivery Lead upon graduation.
In addition, Zhana was nominated as one of fifty worldwide McDonald’s employees to work the main restaurant on the convention floor during the McDonald’s WorldWide Convention in Orlando, Florida in Spring of 2020. Unfortunately, this convention was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but Zhana plans on participating at our next 2022 Worldwide convention where they can expect over 15,000 restaurant owners, franchisees and VIPs from McDonald’s Corporation Worldwide to attend. What perseverance!
Zhana has impressed us every step of the way and we continue to watch this rising star in the Napoli Family. Congratulations Zhana!
