Napoli Management is pleased to be partnering with our local community focusing on our youth through four primary Educational Initiatives including college tuition assistance, (College Grants) educational advising assistance, free English classes, and free online high school diplomas.

The Archways to Opportunity Financial Benefits page lists the number of college grants and dollars invested by our company as well as the Boston Region McDonald’s owner-operators in 2017 (the Program’s first year).

Our local high schools and colleges are also our very special community partners. Our EB Hope Partnership page provides details as to how our Napoli Management Educational Initiatives Manager (Lynnette Golston), one of our 18 local restaurant General Managers, and an EB Hope certified Inspirational Addiction Recovery Speaker (from East Bridgewater) visit many of the local high schools and colleges in the towns in which we operate restaurants. These visits culminate in providing school-wide addresses to the entire student body to introduce these services. Sharing these EB Hope’s success stories and its unique drop-in center concept that was pioneered in 2015 and duplicated by many other interested organizations has even garnered the attention of representatives of the White House as well as the FBI.

We have also partnered with Herren Project for a pilot program where any of our Napoli Management employees (or immediate family members) can quickly access addiction recovery support by texting or calling an exclusive help line. Herren recovery specialists will typically reply within 2-4 hours from the time they receive a text request. For details visit our Herren Project page.
