Napoli Management congratulates Cristian Thibeau, recently promoted to Director of Operations for our 18 restaurants. Congratulations Cristian!
Cristian has worked for our company for 13+ years. He has climbed the proverbial ladder of success starting as a crew person, working his way up to Area Supervisor and now Director of Operations. Cristian brings energy, passion, commitment, effective communication and proven results to this position, which can be seen through his track record.
Cristian has been a constant leader in both operations, profit and people development. The 6 restaurants under Cristian’s supervision consistently exceed the region in sales, people development and DT metrics on a monthly and annual basis. We are now excited to have him work on a grander scale to bring these results across all 18 restaurants.
With Cristian’s promotion, it gives us great pleasure to share that Tom Keller will be promoted to the position of Area Supervisor. Tom rejoined Napoli Management a couple years ago after working for many years as an Area Supervisor for a different McDonald’s organization. Tom also started as crew person back in the 90’s and has worked his way up through the ranks. Tom has recently been the General Manager in Attleboro where he has had much success in the area of people development, profit and structural organization.
Let us all congratulate Cristian and Tom on their outstanding performance in previous years which led to their promotions!
